Hello! My name is Sayaka. I used to work at a Japanese tea shop in Kyoto and after moving to Melbourne in 2014, it was impossible to find good matcha at the time so I started matcha cafe in Melbourne in 2017 (CHAYO) & 2022-2024 (ITTEKI) using same matcha I got trained in Kyoto. Now I run a online store & market stall using the same matcha but more options! also other goods based on Ponta my shibainu and my two cats Mochi & Jiji.
